Thynko was built on a simple idea: businesses need to understand how people find them, what happens next, and where the experience starts to break. After 18 years in advertising, I shifted into human-centred design, CX, service design, and digital product work, bringing brand thinking together with journey thinking. AI automation came later, as a practical way to reduce friction behind the scenes. Every project now starts with the same question: what needs to change to make the experience work better for real people?
