Miro / FigJam – workshop facilitation and mapping
Google Workspace – communication and file storage
Xero or similar – invoicing and accounting
We only share information with these tools to the extent required to deliver the agreed services. All tools used are reputable services with their own privacy and security practices. We will inform clients if a tool requires access to particularly sensitive information.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not sell or share your personal information for unrelated purposes. Information may be shared with trusted service providers only to the extent required for them to support our services, and only under strict confidentiality and privacy obligations.
7. Cross-Border Disclosure
We store data on Australian servers wherever possible. Some third-party tools referenced above may store data overseas (e.g., in the United States or European Union). We take reasonable steps to ensure that any such recipients comply with the APPs or an equivalent standard of protection.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to deliver the services and comply with legal obligations. Project-related information is generally held for up to **7 years** after project completion (in line with standard Australian record-keeping obligations), after which it is securely deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 10 below).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, interference, or unauthorised access. Data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.
10. Access, Correction & Deletion
